Hi! :) I saw you have a collection of masks, but do you have one for yourself? Does it look wolfie? I also like spiders and cuttlefish and jellyfish and wolves. I also like mythology and Clive Barker, but I prefer his Abarat series. I hope he will finish it soon.
I like your dolls! :D
You post about torture devices was interesting. I might have to comment on that one specifically when I have more time.
The mask that I mentioned was the most recent... the stitched one is the one that I wear. Doesn't look wolfie but it is very doll-like, so I thought it was appropriate.
I'm glad you like my dolls :)
Do you have any dolls or anything that you like to make or collect?
I look forward to hearing your thoughts on that post.
Oh! I liked the stitched one very much. You are very talented. I'm not nearly so creative. I tried to make a doll once, but it didn't turn out very well. I do sometimes braid grass into interesting shapes, but I don't keep them. Usually I just leave them wherever I finish them.
When you move around as much as I do, you learn not to have many possessions. I have my mask, a change of clothes, the coin Whistler shot a hole through, and a few knives (and my hatchet <3). That's about it. We are meant to be invisible and any evidence of our presence or movements is supposed to be non-existent. So it's best to have as few possessions as possible and to hide them wherever you are staying so they can be retrieved later or on short notice.
The woven grass sounds nice. Doll making takes a lot of practice and patience but you should try it again sometime if you ever get the chance. Heh... if we ever meet, maybe I'll teach you how to knit
I do understand the issue of possessions and moving around though.
Still alive, still alive..
ReplyDeleteYou remind me of GLaDOS.
This was a triumph.
ReplyDeleteI'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS.
It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.
